Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by Anaconda Electrical.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information and site conditions at the time of inspection. Changes to scope will be agreed in writing and may affect the price.

Ausgrid coordination

Level 2 work requires Ausgrid notifications and, at times, planned outages. We coordinate these but cannot guarantee Ausgrid-side timing.

Payments

Residential jobs are payable on completion unless otherwise agreed. Approved commercial accounts: 14-day terms from invoice.

Warranty

Our workmanship is warranted for 12 months from completion; manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment.

Liability

Liability is limited to the cost of rectifying our workmanship, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation

Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked attendance may incur a mobilisation fee.
