What is a Level 2 electrician, and when do you need one on the Central Coast?
The plain-English version of what a Level 2 ASP can do that a general electrician cannot, and the six situations where you will need one.
Read the guide →Red, yellow or blue sticker from Ausgrid? We rectify defects fast - usually within 21 days, often within the week. Licensed Level 2 ASP.

An Ausgrid defect notice is a formal instruction to fix an electrical safety issue on your property, usually on the consumer's side of the supply (your pole, your mains, your meter panel, your service line). Only a Level 2 ASP electrician can rectify network-side defects and clear them with Ausgrid. We handle dozens of defect jobs every year across the Central Coast and know exactly what each sticker means and how to close it out.
Send us a photo of the sticker / notice - we'll tell you exactly what's needed and give an indicative price on the call.
We inspect, confirm the scope and give you a written fixed price.
Depending on the defect this may be a pole, mains, service line, meter panel or POA repair. We notify Ausgrid via NOSW.
We certify the work (CCEW) and close out the defect with Ausgrid so the notice is cleared.
All work is certified with a CCEW, Ausgrid is formally notified of rectification and re-inspection is arranged where required.
We deliver ausgrid defect notice rectification to homes, builders and commercial properties across the Central Coast. From Peninsula suburbs like Woy Woy and Umina through the Gosford CBD, Erina and the beaches, up to the Lakes district and Budgewoi.
