Home Rewiring on the Central Coast
Pre-1975 Coast home with fabric insulation or rubber cable? Cable smelling hot? We rewire homes across the Coast - staged, clean and compliant.

About this service
Central Coast homes built before the mid-1970s often have original rubber-insulated or cotton-fabric wiring that's now brittle, unsafe and sometimes uninsurable. Rewiring is invasive but manageable when staged properly. We rewire up to 4-5 homes a year across the Coast with minimal damage to ceilings and walls.
When you need it
- A pre-purchase inspection flagging old cable
- An insurer requiring a rewire before renewal
- A renovation opening up ceilings and walls - ideal timing
- Frequent unexplained tripping, smell of hot plastic, or blackened outlets
What's included
- Removal of old fabric / rubber cabling
- New TPS cabling throughout
- New modern outlets, switches, light points
- Full RCD compliance on the new switchboard
- CCEW on completion
