About this service
Solar installers aren't always Level 2 accredited. The switchover from a one-way meter to a bi-directional meter, the paperwork with Ausgrid, and any mains or switchboard upgrades to accept export are all Level 2 work. We partner with Central Coast solar installers to handle their Level 2 scope so their systems go live on schedule.

My installer says they'll sort the meter - why do I need you?
Some installers have a Level 2 partner; some don't. If your installer isn't accredited, a Level 2 ASP has to be engaged - that's where we come in.
How soon after solar goes on the roof can I export?
Once the bi-directional meter is in and Ausgrid has approved - usually within 5 business days of the install.
